APPLICATION

For one cup of ritual cacao:

• Daily ritual: 10–15 g
• Meditation dose: 15–20 g
• Ceremonial dose: 20–30 g

Spices (Optional)

Finely chop the cacao and blend it with the spices and 200–250 ml of hot water or plant-based milk.

• For sweetness: Honey, date syrup, or coconut blossom sugar
• Warming spices: Cinnamon, chili, vanilla, or cardamom
